Mission

Because people are people, not "patients" or "the homeless". CFH has over 3 decades of successful, demonstrated experience in delivering medical and behavioral health services to homeless individuals and families. We break the cycle of homelessness by delivering the highest quality health care to individuals experiencing homelessness. We also operate two transitional residences for 320 homeless women and maintain robust policy activities to affect positive change for our homeless neighbors.

Follow Your Dollar

$10 will provide a personal care kit (shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothbrush/paste) to a homeless individual who will be reminded that someone cares. $15 buys one flu shot for kids and adults.
