Event Information

During these trying times so much is unknown.

Unfortunately, our minds are evolutionarily programmed to respond to the unknown with anxiety-based fight or flight responses that can make these already trying times, and others like it, feel even worse.

In support of the United Way’s COVID-19 Relief efforts, and in acknowledgement of the recent worldwide pivot to remote/work from home lifestyles, myself and Head Instructor Dan Gonon would like to invite you to join us for an hourlong intensive covering Meditation, Breath Work, and Performance Psychology as practiced in our wellness art Sanctavía: The Way of The Sanctuary.

The intensive will be completely practical and focused on helping you develop a new skill set that you can use starting that same day. It won’t feel like a yoga class, you don’t need any existing skill set to learn, you won’t be put on the spot, and you won’t have to say anything if you don’t want to. All you’ll need is yourself, 1 hour, and a pen and paper.

We look forward to training with you soon.

Sincerely,

J.J. Caruncho, founder.
